In 2018, we started with two hive boxes on three acres in the Texas Hill Country and a question: what if honey could taste like the place it came from?
Six years later, the answer is in the jar. We still source every drop from wildflower apiaries within 40 miles of Fredericksburg, Texas. We still dry our own chilis. We still pack every jar by hand.
We're not trying to be the biggest honey brand in America. We're trying to be the best small-batch one.
